I'm trying to seed many waterways (not all at once), but the download speed is 0.1, if they do not .. which shows that it is spread, and I forwarded my router port correctly.

Global Max connections = 150
The maximum number of connected peers per torrent = 70
Number of payload slots per torrent = 3

Seed-ratio = 150%
